Have your say about Cork City’s Biodiversity
Posted by Erin on October 15th, 2008.Cork City Council has prepared a Draft Biodiversity Action Plan and is seeking feedback on the draft plan and on the ways in which the biodiversity of the Cork City should be protected and enhanced. The specific aim of the Draft Cork City Biodiversity Action Plan is “To promote the appreciation and enjoyment of Cork City’s biodiversity amongst the people of the city and to identify, understand and conserve the biodiversity of the city for future generations”
The Draft Plan is available for review at www.corkheritage.ie, at local libraries, or at the Planning Desk in City Hall, Anglesea Street. It can also be purchased at the Planning Desk. Comments must be submitted before 5pm, Tuesday the 28th of October 2008. They may be emailed to heritage@corkcity.ie or submitted in writing to
